Reserve a Space at SJSU
Event Services at San José State University is the first stop for any department, student organization, or external group looking to host an event on campus. From intimate meeting rooms to the full Ballroom on the upper level of the Diaz Compean Student Union, Event Services coordinates scheduling, audio-visual support, food and beverage arrangements, and logistical planning for events of all sizes. Available venues include the Student Union Ballroom, the Student Union Theater on the lower level, meeting rooms for smaller groups, and 7th Street Tabling Spaces for outreach and fundraising.
