- Primarily practice Acceptance and commitment therapy ("Act") from a multicultural lens, with emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion.
- Integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
